Vendor Terms and Conditions for Themes Infinity
1. Agreement to Terms
By registering as a vendor on the Themes Infinity platform, You agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms are legally enforceable under applicable laws.
2. Vendor Responsibilities
2.1 Product and Service Listings:
Vendors are authorized to list their event-related products and services on the Platform. All product details must be accurate, and misleading descriptions are strictly prohibited.
2.2 Copyright Compliance:
Vendors are strictly prohibited from using images, products, or content belonging to other event providers without explicit permission. All content uploaded by the Vendor must comply with copyright laws. Any copyright infringement will lead to immediate removal from the Platform and potential legal consequences.
2.3 Non-Cancellation Policy:
Once an event booking is confirmed by a customer, the Vendor is not permitted to cancel. Any cancellation after booking confirmation may lead to penalties, including but not limited to suspension or termination of the Vendor’s access to the Platform.
2.4 Communication Standards:
Vendors must maintain courteous and respectful communication with both customers and the Themes Infinity team. Any harassment, abusive language, or unprofessional conduct will result in appropriate action, including possible removal from the Platform.
3. Confidentiality
Vendors’ identities and direct contact details will remain confidential to ensure Themes Infinity serves as the primary point of contact. Vendors agree not to disclose their contact information to customers directly.
4. Liability for Customer Satisfaction and Property Damages
Vendors shall be directly responsible for any damages to customer property during the event and will bear full liability for customer dissatisfaction related to the Vendor’s services or products. Themes Infinity is not liable for any claims arising from the Vendor’s actions or omissions.
5. Compliance with Laws
Vendors must ensure that all products and services comply with relevant local laws, licenses, and permits. Themes Infinity will not be liable for any legal violations by the Vendor.
6. Right to Removal for Inappropriate Behavior
Themes Infinity reserves the right to remove any Vendor from the Platform at its sole discretion in cases of inappropriate behavior, unprofessional conduct, or violations of these Terms. This includes but is not limited to copyright violations, customer complaints, or breaches of communication standards.
7. Indemnification
The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Themes Infinity against any claims, damages, or losses resulting from the Vendor’s breach of these Terms or violation of applicable laws.
